PALISADES CIRCLE

Tucked in the hills of Pacific Palisades, overlooking Santa Monica bay, the Palisades Circle Residence was primarily an interior renovation study. With the home within a strict HOA, the focus was internal, with a concerted effort to not change footprint or building height, and rather looking at ways to maximize light, learning into a ‘kitchen as the heart’ concept, and upgrading finishes throughout.

Although a smaller intervention, the Palisades Circle Residence was an intricate and enjoyable study in how to get the most out of a limited scope.
